This form is required to authorize the Veterans Services Office to certify and approve your education benefits. Completing this form ensures that your enrollment information is accurately submitted to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for processing.

Kean V.E.T.S has online certification forms sent out via email EVERY semester to certify benefits. Please make sure you fill out the certification when registered for any semester.
